You will receive from us data about that item, including its price and the commercial terms in case you want to purchase it, as stated by the designer that made it.
Once a person decides to buy a jewel that is presented in our gallery based on the offer he or she previously requested, the product will be bought directly from the designer. This means that the purchase process will be in compliance with the commercial terms and conditions stipulated by the designer selling that jewelry item.
The transaction will be between the buyer and the designer based on the payment method that is acceptable to the latter. The designer will be liable for the registration of the payment, the shipping of the item and other commercial services, such as return and product warranty. Documents related to the products purchased from the designers (invoice, guarantee certificate, etc.) will be delivered together with the ordered products. If you order products from different designers simultaneously, you will receive a separate package from each designer.
These terms also apply to the bespoke service (custom made jewelry), which will be invoiced directly by the designer providing it. Our role is to help the persons interested in having custom-made jewelry to find the right designers to work with depending on their needs and assist them along the creation process. The final product will be shipped by the designer to the person that ordered it.
We will not be liable for any items bought directly from the designers, nor for the commercial services derived from ordering the products (payment method, shipping, return, warranty etc.), be it ready-to-wear or custom-made jewelry. We are however authorized to promote the products and we do our best to collaborate with trust worthy designers, whose work is very appreciated and meets high quality standards.
